We want you to love your UGG products, which is why we offer free returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all authentic packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return process and attach it securely to your package.

Pack and Ship

Place your items in the original shoe box or shipping container and drop the package off at any authorized UPS location or drop box.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
